The Offer has been declared unconditional in all respects. The Offer will remain open for acceptance until further notice.
Shareholders who have already completed and returned their Form of Acceptance do not need to take any further action at this time.
Shareholders who require a duplicate Form of Acceptance to allow them to accept the Offer can obtain one by calling 0800 987 8756 (lines are open from 9am-5pm Monday to Friday) or by emailing investorrelations@thus.net with their name, address (including postcode) and if known Account number.
For complete Forms of Acceptance received on or before 1 October 2008 the consideration will be despatched to Shareholders on 15 October 2008.
For complete Forms of Acceptance received after 1 October 2008 (but whilst the Offer remains open for acceptance) the consideration will be despatched to Shareholders within 14 days of receipt.
