ISO 9001:2000 is an internationally recognised standard for quality management systems. Certification shows that an organisation has implemented processes and procedures to help meet its customers' expectations.
THUS holds ISO 9001:2000 certification for internal processes and procedures, demonstrating our dedication to providing quality services to our customers. THUS was one of the first UK telecommunications service providers to achieve full ISO 9001:2000 certification for voice, data, Internet and contact centres in 2003.
